Reservations are secured on receipt of credit card details at time of booking.
Please note while no deposit is taken, full payment is required on departure.
All prices are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
A deposit may be required for some event weekends. Please enquire when booking.
Cancellation Policy – If you cancel 48 hours or less prior to your arrival you will be charged 100% of the total accommodation amount. This includes no shows and cancellation of nights after arrival.
A charge of 2% will be applied to credit card payments made to Brackenridge when using a Visa or MasterCard.
A charge of 3.15% will be applied to American Express card payments.
Debit cards will not be charged unless the card is not available at the time of payment. Payments by cash or EFTPOS do not incur transaction fees. You may decide to change your payment method on check-out to cash or EFTPOS to avoid these fees.
Pool & Gym – Guest access to the gym and training lap pool is from 5.00 am until 9.30 pm (please use your 4 digit pin number). The swimming pool is strictly for swimming training and laps. It is not a leisure pool. No alcohol is permitted at the pool or gym. Brackenridge is pleased to offer our guests access to an outdoor spa pool located at the Day Spa; access is available during spa operational hours 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Pool cleaning is every Tuesday 9am – 11.30am. The pool will be closed at that time.
Children in pool policy – Babies and infants under 4 years are not permitted in the pool. Children 5-16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times. One adult may supervise a maximum of three (3) children only. Full terms & conditions of use are posted on our website and on poolside signage.
Number of Visitors – You may invite visitors to your Cottage or Studio. The numbers of visitors permissible (over and above the guests staying) at one time are 4 visitors to a cottage, and 2 visitors to a Studio.
Damages/Breakages/Items not working – Please let us know if anything is broken or stops working, during your stay. We will endeavour to fix or replace as soon as possible. Please note for negligent damage we will pass on the repair/replacement cost to your credit card. If a room is out of service due to negligent damage you may also be held liable for the lost income until repairs are completed.
Dogs – Dogs are permitted in allocated 2 bedroom cottages only and by arrangement, provided they are house trained, well behaved, and no evidence is left behind. Please keep your dog off the furniture, including the beds. If your dog is alone in the cottage, your room will not be serviced, please contact the office before 10am. Pets are charged at $15 each per stay. A maximum of two dogs per cottage only.
